Terms and conditions.
Upon booking a show or a strip o gram you have agreed to the following terms and conditions.
1. You will provide a venue, at no charge to Coverboys, satisfactory to Coverboys in all respects.
2. Any marketing of the show will be at your cost.
3. Any net profit from sale of the tickets to the show will not be payable to Coverboys.
4. The contract between you and Coverboys is only for the services that Coverboys provides, see definitions below.
5. Payment is deem to be made upon completing the payment options and clearance of that payment in the Coverboys bank account (refer to "Options to Pay" below).
6. The deposit will not be refunded if the show is cancelled by you or your agent unless of act of god, (Fire, Flood, earthquake).
7. If the show is cancelled by you or your agent after the booking has been completed but at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time of the show then you will be liable for 10% of the total cost of the show.
8. The balance of the total cost is to be paid within 30 minutes after the completion of the last performance of the show.
9. If, due to extenuating circumstances, you require Coverboys to postpone the show then Coverboys will, if satisfactory to Coverboys in all respects, reschedule the show to a date suitable to all parties with no further costs being incurred by you.
10. If, due to extenuating circumstances, Coverboys is required to postpone or cancel the show then the following conditions will apply.
10.1 If the show is postponed to a time of more than 60 minutes after the agreed start time then Coverboys will continue with the show (or reschedule the show to a time suitable to you and Coverboys) if satisfactory to Coverboys in all respects. If the show continues on the same night as the original booking then Coverboys will reduce the cost of the show by 10% of the total cost.
10.2 if the show is cancelled by Coverboys then Coverboys will refund the full amount of the moneys paid in relation to that show.
10.3 Coverboys will not be liable for any costs incurred and/or claimed by you in relation to any loss you may or will suffer as a result of the show being cancelled by Coverboys.
11. If, for any reason, Coverboys is required to take legal action against you for any default under these terms and conditions then Coverboys is entitled to.
11.1 interest at the rate 15% from the date of default to the date of payment.
11.2 any legal costs incurred as a result of taking that legal action.

Strip o grams
If you have payed a deposit and cancelled 24 hours before hand, you will be refund your deposit - 20%.
Coverboys male stripper can stay for ONE drink (15min's on premises) but only if the ladies that the job is for ask, if not he will move on after the
photos are done.
Topless waiters
If you have payed a deposit and cancelled 24 hours before hand, you will be refund your deposit - 20%
No female may enter the room that the client has provided at any time where Coverboys topless waiter is changing or unchanging on the premises.
Coverboys topless waiter can stay for ONE drink (15min's on premises) but only if the ladies that the job is for ask.
Options to Pay
Once show is booked, Payment of not less than $400.00 is to be paid by you to Coverboys a minimum of four weeks prior to the expected date
of the show. (You will be emailed account details); Options to Pay, Bank deposit or cash.
Definitions
Performance - performance includes, but not exclusively, a dance, strip, song, games, music and the like. Show - includes singing, stripping,
dancing, games, music and the like and any combination of these. Bookings will be deemed to be completed once
Coverboys has acknowledge receipt of the booking extenuating circumstances includes disaster, accident or anything else of a similar nature.
